Timeline Save the Date

Here's a recent Save the Date highlighting special occasions throughout the couple's relationship. A great way for guests to learn about the couple! The backside was translated in Spanish for the groom's family & friends in Argentina.

Wild, Wild West!

This was so much fun to work on! A truly one of a kind invite for a surprise 70th birthday event down in Texas. We incorporated some of the many things that the guest of honor is very passionate about (i.e. Texas history, pheasant hunting, etc.). The family even came up with a very clever poem which we incorporated on the belly band. Love it!

Traveled across the country part III

Here is a photo of the menu & programs for this couple. The menus were printed as letterpress on the same lavender paper as the invites and the programs were printed as offset on a textured soft white paper. Looking forward to seeing photos of how everything turned out!

Black and White Affair

Here is an invitation suite using the ever so classic, chic black & white color scheme with a touch of Tiffany blue. This was printed as letterpress on smooth, heavy white paper. The bride & groom is getting married in Puerto Rico (how I wish I was a guest!) but instead of going with a tropical feel, they wanted to go with something classic with a touch of Old New York (their hometown). We went with a wrap around mailing label & vintage postage stamps of Puerto Rico on the outer envelope. A map was added to pin point locations of all the recommended accommodations along with the church & hotel where the reception will take place.
For that extra "umph", we colored the edges in the same blue used throughout the invitation suite.

Traveled across the country Part II

Here is the invitation set for this couple. Their save the dates were a huge hit and I'm sure their guests will be just as pleased with the invites! We obviously went with a much more formal look this time around. The inspiration was based off of a vintage bracelet that the couple came across. This particular set was a very complex job incorporating silver foil stamping, duplexing, letterpress and Swarovski crystals.

Summer Love Part II

Here are some photos of the reception pieces created for this couple. I can't wait to see the actual photos of how everything turned out! Congratulations Lauren & Scott!

The couple wanted a fairly simple program. Each program was rolled up and tied with a ribbon.

The couple had a photo booth for guests at the reception. We created a fun way to incorporate the ticket stubs with the place cards. These were pinned onto a huge board covered with fabric which the bride & groom put together. Dying to see how it turned out!

The couple LOVES to drink wine so we had the table numbers adhered to wine bottles with a hanging tag (each had a different quote) all done in hand calligraphy. We incorporated their silhouettes from the invitations onto the menu cards. How lovely!

Going to the Chapel......

Here are some photos of the ceremony program that was created for Jessica & Joel. You can see their invites & save the dates here and here. We printed these as offset on a nice textured soft white paper and added a chocolate linen ribbon up at the top. Congratulations again to you both!

Summer Love

Ahhh summer weddings....what can I say?! Here we've created silhouettes of the gorgeous couple and added vintage stamps to add a bit of old world charm. Strawberry pinks & butter cream make for a playful & warm color combo.

Pretty in Pink!

Remember the sweet and sentimental save the date awhile back? Well, here are some photos of how their invitations turned out. Don't they look great?!

We went with an outer and inner envelope on a beautiful soft envelope. The calligrapher added a touch of pink on top of the chocolate brown ink which came out fantastic.

We added customized letterpress liners for the inner envelope. The pattern mimics the horizontal lines used from the save the date ensemble. We also went with a textured chocolate brown wrap around that contains all the pieces. The final touch is the belly band that holds everything in place. We incorporated the beautiful chapel on the front.

Here we incorporated letterpress printing for the invite/response pieces and offset for the directions/ reception card on a pretty pink paper.

One final shot. How sweet it is....

Tickled Pink & Navy!

Remember the magenta pink/navy save the dates? Here are some photos of how the invitations turned out. I must say, they came out fantastic!
Beautiful calligraphy in magenta ink with custom stamps and a pocketfold.

Custom letterpress envelope liners for that added touch!

All the pieces were tucked into a metallic magenta pocket fold.

Last but not least, color edgings on the outer rim of the invite.

I'll be out of town for our 1 year anniversary trip till Monday! Everyone enjoy the rest of their week!

Call me!

How cute did this personal calling card come out? Something simple & elegant for a classy gal! We had this printed as offset (flat printing) on letterpress paper to help keep costs down. Makes me want to redesign my own cards all over again!

I'm turning 1!

This is a recent birthday invitation for baby Jonathan who's turning 1. We went with a kraft self close envelope with a matching label. Choo Choo! Isn't the elephant the cutest thing ever?!

For that extra touch, we added baker's twine for the hand delivered invites.

Vintage Postcard

This particular Save the Date was another throw back to vintage but made as a postcard to send to guests. We went with a deep eggplant color on soft white paper which came out wonderfully!

Traveled across the country.......

Happy Monday! Just wanted to post up another save the date ensemble I recently completed. This was a blast to work on! The couple wanted something different & fun that totally reflected who they are as a couple. They've traveled all over the place and we incorporated their journeys with some tid bits of what each city signifies to them. We added matching mailing labels and custom stamps for that added touch. You'll have to excuse my poor photos. I love how these turned out, don't you?!

Invitations!

Here are some photos of another invitation suite I recently worked on. Purples/lavenders are certainly very popular this season! The bride wanted an invitation suite that was a complete throw back to vintage. Everything from the hair (fingerlays!) to the venue are all going to have a very vintage/victorian feel to it. We incorporated a delicate antique gold silk ribbon to wrap around all the pieces. My favorite piece is the response postcard with a lovely antique floral pattern in the back. We printed these as offset (flat printing) on letterpress paper to give the illusion of letterpress but without the price tag! A good way of cutting down costs especially during this economy.

Save the Dates!

Here's a photo of a recent save the date ensemble I worked on. I absolutely LOVE the navy & magenta color scheme! It's very chic these days! The bride wanted a chic, modern look but elegant at the same time. I can't wait to see how their wedding decor will turn out with these colors! It will be stunning! Stay tuned for the invitation ensemble to come!

Wedding Invites!

What a busy week it's been! I'm excited to post another recent project I worked on. The bride wanted to incorporate lace (her wedding gown is all lace) into her designs. She wanted something classy & elegant but still modern.

Save the Dates!

I'm thrilled to post up some photos of of a recent project I've worked on. I superimposed a sketch of the church where the couple will be getting married. The bride's parents were married at the same place! How sentimental is that?! I can't wait to present their invitation designs! Stay tuned!
